Chasz Parker

Chasz ParkerChasz Parker offers trusted counsel for nonprofit executives, executive teams, and boards.  Chasz has twenty five years of experience working his way up from the frontlines of a nonprofit organization to being the CEO of a major faith based nonprofit in the northeast. Chasz understands the challenges that nonprofit leaders have and can provide guidance and support to help coach leaders with the issues they face whether it be with boards, staff, programs and services, marketing, fundraising or external constituencies.  He has expertise in setting organizational strategy and provides support in following through on organizational objectives.

Chasz offers leadership training and guidance for nonprofit leaders, their staff, and boards.   Chasz can provide personal mentoring to leaders, seminars to executive teams, and workshops to boards on leadership approaches and how they can be implemented in organizations.  Chasz' consulting will help your organization move from theory to application, so you can be a "good to great" nonprofit.  Chasz also offers coaching to leaders to execute on their professional development plans.

Chasz has practical experience and can give guidance in the areas of program development.  During his career Chasz has created a telemedicince clinic, a charter school for homeless children, and created satellite locations for new service centers in neighboring communities.  He focuses on "programming that makes sense"--  a logic model for the means to deliver the right programming and services to clients and creating a revenue model to support it.  Chasz will evaluate existing programs and services to determine if changes need to be made and then on how to make those changes.

Chasz has expertise for organizations operating thrift stores or considering starting them.  He can assist in site selection, purchase of properties, projecting sales pro formas, improving warehouse processes, reviewing retail practices, increasing donation acquisition, and making better staff hiring decisions.

Chasz as an executive coach can be that outside, safe person for the Executive Director to talk with about ideas and plans prior to presenting to board or staff members in which he can help you refine your thinking and approach for a higher degree of success when the time comes to present.
